I am not a professional photographer. As a matter of fact, i don’t take photography seriously even though i have a DSLR and 3 kinds of lenses. I use my DSLR for my videography projects 90% of the time. I hope this tutorial would help you. I just wanna share the basics i know about blurring the background.

To get better bokeh use the 50mm 1.8, 1.4 or 1.2. They work better than telephoto lenses.
aperture….
@tolongr it means your card reads very slowly get a fast reading memory card
Its better to use prime lenses for bokeh effect. But it will also depend on the situation. Nice vid!
@tolongr It will automatically stop when it reaches 12 mins.
What does the 160 mean?
i also use 55-250 but this lens is useless.50mm 1.8 is better.
