Hey, I know thins was a long time ago, but it’s a well done video. I have a T1i and it surprised me at first. I am an “advanced: photographer and have been shooting all my life, but this it good to get to know the settings on a DSLR. Thanks for the well done video. Check out some of my Windows and camera videos if you want. have a good one.

I don’t have mine yet (still saving) but I understand its better to have several smaller cards rather than one big one. Just in case something goes wrong. Its better to loose 4gb of pics than 32gb!

@eljuli1003 450d is better then the D3000 IMO, have used both and like the live view function of the 450d, more pixels on 450d, and easier to change settings on 450d……poor menu system on D3000

nice walk through of the camera.
i remember when i first started to research dslr cameras. . .lol i was shocked to find out that on almost all of them you actually had to look through the view finder as apposed to the screen (like on compact point and shoots).
but after a year with my xsi, it’s never been an issue for me.
it didn’t take long at all to get use to for me.
